500 Milligrams Whole Plant Hemp extract which includes other essential cannabinoids, perfectly balanced omegas 3, 6 & 9 and amino acids. 
How to use: 
Apply liberally to face, neck & decolletage with brush. Leave on for 15- 20 minutes while relaxing. Rinse with warm water, pat dry and apply Glow or your favorite moisturizer. Use 2 -3 times per week.
